Becoming member of CAP Vol à Voile
  1.

Pass the medical exam with a certified doctor.
The procedure to follow is described in the section
Practical Info > Medical exam and list of certified doctors .

  2.

Fill and sign the club's subscription form.

  3.

Fill the form to ask or renew your pilot licence.
Training licence or pilot's licence.

Demande de renouvellement de licence .

    4. Send to Philippe Roose (avenue E. Hanssens, 27, 3080 TERVUREN):
       - the club's subscription form filled up and signed
       - the licence's form filled up and signed with all required certificates (if needed)
       - a copy of your ID card
       - a copy of your medical certificate delivered by the doctor

 5.

Pay the required amount to the club,
   - on account: 068 - 2305409 - 37
   - clearly mention you first name and last name
   - please use the codes mentioned in the club's
     subscription form.
